01:00 — Night departure from the hotel in a comfortable minivan with a mini-group of up to 9 people. Stops are planned along the way for rest, breakfast, and restroom breaks. The drive to Cairo takes about 6–7 hours, allowing you to comfortably endure the overnight journey and prepare for a packed day in Egypt's capital. Upon arrival in Cairo, we will begin our tour with a visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum – the world's largest archaeological museum, with construction costs exceeding 1 billion dollars, highlighting its scale and global significance. Inside the museum, you'll find the treasures of Tutankhamun, ancient Egyptian artifacts, statues of pharaohs, and modern multimedia exhibits that allow for a deeper immersion into the history of Ancient Egypt.
Next, we will head to the Giza Plateau, where the famous Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx are located. You will see the Pyramid of Khufu, the only surviving wonder of the ancient world, as well as the pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure. There will be free time here for a walk, photos, and viewing the complex from panoramic points. After that, lunch is provided at a restaurant (buffet style), followed by a visit to a papyrus institute and a natural oils factory, where you can learn about traditional Egyptian crafts and purchase local products. At 11:00 PM, you will return to the hotel after a full day of sightseeing in Cairo.
