• Visa for visiting Israel by excursion – not required (Egyptian visa is not reset; Sinai stamp is suitable)
• The order of the excursion is carried out at least 2-3 days before the start of the excursion
• It is necessary to send a photo of the passports of all people, for issuing a travel permit to the tourist police
• The prepayment is $100 per person (non-refundable, in case of refusal by Israeli border guards at the border (possible reasons – black list or deportation from Israel earlier), and also if you cancel the trip (since all permits are paid in advance and seats on the plane and transfer); the remaining total cost is made in the transfer to the airport.
• The border guards do not report the reason for the refusal, the approximate percentage of refusals at the border is about 15-20%. In our experience, most often they do not let unmarried men or people who travel alone. Who is denied and who is not – we cannot know in advance, it does not depend on us, we can only share our observations and feedback from tourists. Important! Tourists take all the risks of not being allowed into Israel by border guards and understand that if they are not allowed through, they will be at a recreation center, not far from the border, or go on another excursion (info below). Return to Hurghada by plane is carried out with the main group in the evening, which will arrive back from Israel
• If they didn’t let you in at the border, then they place you at a recreation center near the sea, where you can swim and relax; feed 1 time per lunch. There is a cafe and shop on site. Also, if you wish, you will be taken on a tour of Mount Moses and the monastery of St. Catherine. There are no additional fees. But there are no returns either. The amount paid for the tour is non-refundable, with any choice (the conditions of the organizers, since all costs have already been incurred, and it is not possible to predict a pass at the border and this does not depend on the organizers)
• If, after an excursion to Israel, you want to get to Cairo (there is a paid Egyptian visa), then you need to notify the representative of the border service (and the guide) about this so that they write you a special letter – it’s free. If you want to visit both of these programs, we recommend visiting Cairo initially and then Israel
• Transfer through the territory of Israel is carried out on a comfortable bus with air conditioning and a toilet
• Citizens of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Armenia are not allowed at the Israeli border (a visa is required, issued in advance at the Israeli consulate – where and how to do this – we do not have this information, please contact your MFA or consulate)
