Checkout from the hotel at 5:00 AM. Departure from Zanzibar Airport at 7:10 AM. You will fly to Selous National Park on a small plane. Arrival at the airport. Transfer to Selous National Park. At 8:30 AM, we take our clients to the part of the park where most animals reside. Due to its vast territory, this reserve is the largest in Africa and is among the largest parks in the world. A trip through this extraordinary land can replace a journey through almost all of Africa. The combination of many of its own ecosystems within the park has led to a huge number of animals and birds inhabiting it.\u00a0440 species<\/strong>\u00a0Feathered creatures inhabit every corner of the reserve. Ostriches and marabous, guineafowl and predatory secretary birds, drab larks and colorful parrots. Lunch break and safari continuation.<\/p>\n

Tanzania boasts an elephant population of almost\u00a0100,000 individuals<\/strong>. And approximately half of them settled in Selous. Besides them, many other animal species also live here: wildebeest and impala, buffalos, hippos, rhinos, and buffaloes. This place is often called a giraffe park because many Masai giraffes live on its territory. Predators in Selous are represented by African cats,\u00a0lions and leopards<\/strong>. Large crocodiles live in the river valleys and swamps. 5:00 PM return flight from Selous to Zanzibar. 5:30 PM meeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel.
