Day 1
04:00 — Early departure from the hotel. The drive to Dendera takes about 4 hours with stops for breakfast, rest, and restrooms. Visit to the Temple of Hathor in Dendera. Afterward, arrival in Luxor and visit to the Karnak Temple Complex: Sacred Lake, scarab beetle, obelisks. Nile crossing by boat and lunch at a Nile-side cafe (buffet). Visit to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Transfer to the hotel in Luxor and check-in.
Day 2
5:00 AM — Early departure from the hotel for those wishing to watch the sunrise during a hot-air balloon ride (optional, additional fee: +70$). 8:00 AM breakfast at the hotel. Visit to Luxor Temple and a walk along the Avenue of the Sphinxes. Visit to Medinet Habu (Temple of Ramses III). Visit to the Tombs of the Nobles. If possible, for an additional fee, visit Banana Island or additional tombs. Departure from Luxor at 5:00–5:30 PM. Return to the hotel approximately at 10:00–11:00 PM, depending on the hotel’s location.
Meeting point:
- The transfer is carried out directly from your hotel. At the appointed time, the transfer will pick you up from the main entrance of the hotel (near the barrier).
